Understanding the level of life skills of individuals will help in improving them and also in making corrections where necessary. Personal development training sessions covering a variety of behavioural, soft-skills and managerial topics both for individuals and organisations are offered by us. They are conducted as in-house programmes for the organisations and as open training programmes for both corporates and individuals. Mentoring, on the other hand, is person-centric developmental programme conducted one-on-one by our trainers / psychologists to meet specific needs needs of individuals.
